Meta warns investors that Mark Zuckerberg is so good at fighting it could cost him his life

The CEO of Meta may seem like a mild-mannered person. He is soft-spoken, the corners of his mouth often turn upward like a smile, and he is polite. But it’s all a sham – Mark Zuckerberg lives life on the edge. Meta even said in its latest annual report that its CEO may have died due to his dangerous lifestyle.

Are threads a threat to Twitter? , future technology

“Mr. Zuckerberg and certain other members of management participate in a variety of high-risk activities, such as combat sports, extreme sports and recreational aviation, that involve risk of serious injury and death,” Metta said in a recent 10-K. Said. “If Mr. Zuckerberg becomes unavailable for any reason, our operations could be significantly adversely affected.”

Has anyone else caught a cold? The company is probably referring to Zuckerberg’s Brazilian jiu-jitsu obsession, where he trains with UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya and podcast host Lex Friedman. Deaths from mixed martial arts fighting are incredibly rare, with less than 20 deaths recorded from the sport. However, Meta is sending a clear message to anyone who steps into the ring with Zuk: Our CEO is willing to die in this cage.

“You hit hard, you’re serious,” Adesanya said of the Meta CEO’s fighting style. “I like this.”

Meta’s stock skyrocketed on Friday, shortly after Meta warned that Zuckerberg could be “unavailable for any reason.” According to Bloomberg, the company added $200 billion to the company’s market capitalization in a single day, the largest single-day valuation addition for any company ever.

Ted Cruz may want to take note of Mr Zuckerberg’s stoic attitude towards life after the Texas senator repeatedly interrupted the Meta CEO during a Senate appearance on Thursday. This exchange left Zuckerberg clearly angry, and I wouldn’t be surprised if he muttered under his breath, “You’re not going to like me when I’m angry.”

When he’s not tearing ribs with Sweet Baby Ray or taking Lex Friedman to Pound Town, you can also find Zook flying planes. Meta says its CEO practices “recreational aviation,” which can come in handy when flying between the Bay Area and his Hawaiian compound where he raises cattle.

Meta’s mention of his CEO’s cutthroat lifestyle could have been a warning to Elon Musk, against whom Zak has reportedly been training for a cage match for several months. Musk recently noted on Joe Rogan’s podcast that he’s still down, but we’ll have to double-check now that we know the Meta CEO is bent on death.
