Government of India and META launch ‘Education to Entrepreneurship’ initiative – Times of India

education to entrepreneurship

: Empowering students, teachers and entrepreneurs.”

The primary goal of the initiative is to nurture this drive and inspire young individuals to convert their educational base into prosperous enterprises. META unveiled this effort in partnership with both the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship.

At the launch event, Meta unveiled three key partnerships with the Union Minister for Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship in attendance.

The head of META in India spoke at the event and emphasized META’s dedication to the future of India. He described this partnership as a clear demonstration of META’s enduring commitment to shaping India’s destiny. He underlined the importance of India’s digital progress and how technology can play a vital role in extending its reach to even the remotest areas. Taking the next step in this journey involves integrating pervasive technologies such as Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR).

The Education Minister of India, Dharmendra Pradhan thanked META for starting this unprecedented initiative for the youth of India. In addition, he highlighted India’s achievement in its lunar mission and the G20 summit to be held from September 9 to 10, 2023.
