OKLAHOMA CITY – A Texas-based real estate brokerage has announced a merger with metro-based Century 21 Goodyear Green.

This is the Century 21 Judge Fight Company’s first venture outside of Texas. The merger means the brokerage will add Edmond, Midwest City, Norman, Guthrie and Harrah’s offices, growing the company to more than 28 offices across the two states. It is the number one Century 21 in Texas and Oklahoma and the fourth largest in the country.

Century 21 Judge Fite Company has over eight decades of experience in providing real estate services and specializes in locating residential, commercial, fine homes and properties, farms and ranches and apartments. With this expansion, the company wants to share its experience with Oklahoma while maintaining a major presence in Texas, according to a release.

This is the company’s fourth merger in the past five months, following the integration of the Granbury and Glen Rose regional offices and the Waco regional office.

Chairman and CEO Jim Fite is the son of Judge Fite, who founded the company 87 years ago. He was an independent Realtor for 60 years before joining Century 21 Systems 27 years ago. Fite and his sister Jan Fite Miller purchased the company in 1977.

Fite said he has known former owners John Goodyear and Dan Marcus for several years. During talks several months ago, it was decided that merger was the right step for all parties.

“We want to help them take it to the next level here and in this market, and that’s why we’re here,” Fite said.

Fight said they have acquired the Century 21 Goodyear Green name, but it will eventually be changed to Century 21 Judge Fight Company. Creating new office signs, business cards and name badges just takes a little time, he said.

“The purpose of doing this is to continue to provide service to customers where our customers do not miss out. We do not want any disruption in the marketing of properties. In fact, we want to increase it, not reduce it in any way,” Feight said.

Leading the new Oklahoma offices is Jennifer Grimes as District Sales Manager. He has over 21 years of experience in real estate and training. She has been a regional sales manager for agents in the Denton and Decatur, Texas offices since 2018. As the company expands into Oklahoma, Fite hopes Jennifer’s leadership will contribute to the continued success and growth of the brokerage.

“She and her husband had bought a farm here just southeast of Oklahoma City, so it seemed like a natural fit as they were moving their family in this direction,” Fite said.

Grimes said she believes in inspiring and coaching others to reach their full potential, and she is excited and eager to lead the team and bring her passion to the Oklahoma market.

“Together, we will continue to raise our standards, provide quality real estate services and create lasting success stories for our agents and clients across a variety of sectors,” Grimes said in a statement.

General Sales Manager Ashley Conlon said customers will benefit from the collaboration, which combines industry leading resources and their 99% quality service rating.

“This will enable us to provide real estate solutions to clients in Texas and Oklahoma with local services and a global network,” Conlon said in a statement.
